Hot on
the heels of the laser disc collection comes an even better VHS
version
of the 17 Superman titles.
These prints were taken from the best
available masters and the quality really shows. "Terror On The
Midway"
is
complete and unedited, unlike the laserdisc version. If you happen
to
own one
of the old, faded public domain tapes of this series, it is
almost
startling to compare the quality of the new prints on these
volumes.
This
is one
of those cases where a VHS version outranks the laserdisc. In
my
opinion, this is the best and only Superman collection a fan
should own.
